A tad eccentric. But I love it. The place has things for sale I've never seen before.
I've been buying sprouting seeds from here for a few years with no issues, but the latest batch is definitely not sprouting seed. It's got dried fruit in it, cracked corn and other junk that will definitely not sprout. It was packaged in really thin freezer bags that had holes in them as well. The response to our email pointing out the issue was "we'll do better next time". Meanwhile I have to throw this rubbish out and try and find decent sprouting seed elsewhere. What a water of time and money and very poor response!
Better service than any other store ive been to in Sydney which is prefty funny. They do a great job. Plenty of staff to help at all times. Huge variety. Good prices. Carry heavy stuff to the car for you. Super friendly and polite. This is how to run a business.
I order my bulk Lorikeet food and recently as of last week I ordered my first 20kg bag of Brown Linseed for heat packs. Thank you Robert for the fast delivery I find this business very reliable I always place phone orders instead of online. Caution! I strongly advise against shopping at this store. I placed an order with the number #IN095916 on June 14th, 2023, and until today I have not received the ordered goods. Despite multiple attempts to contact, the store did not respond to any of my messages. What's worse, I have not received a refund for the unfulfilled service. Please be careful and think twice before making a purchase here.
Always come here when needing to buy bulk bird food (so about every 3mths roughly). Plenty of parking on the street. Pricing for the bird seeds is extremely cheap (based on p/kg), great selection of bird seeds, they have other pet food as well and also see rabbits, ducks, birds, fish and all accessories. Reason for 4 stars and not 5 is as soon as you walk in you get "hounded" as in can I help you, always have to say just looking for a min and I will call out when ready, otherwise good service, place is clean
Bought 50kg of baking soda. A parrot said hello to me. Also the owners kid tried to catch me with a little fishing net. Cool place.
Warning to potential customers! A few weeks ago, I placed an order with this store under the number #IN095916, dated June 14th, 2023. Unfortunately, to this day, I have not received the ordered goods nor any specific information about it. Despite numerous attempts to contact, the store ignored my messages. Only after publishing my previous negative review did the store's service get in touch with me, assuring that they would provide information about the reasons for my order's delay.
Despite these promises, up to now, I have not received any response or clarification. Regrettably, I find myself having to post another negative comment regarding this store. Think twice before deciding to purchase from this place. The customer service is sorely lacking, and the lack of communication is, for me, unacceptable
